Petition by James B. Henry and Olive Henry in the Hennepin County District Court to review a decision of the State Commission Against Discrimination that they engaged in an unfair discriminatory practice as charged by the State of Minnesota upon the relation of Donald Vanouse and Evelin Vanouse. The case was tried before Tom Bergin, Judge, and a jury, which found petitioners guilty. The court thereafter granted petitioners' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and also their alternative motion for a new trial if the order for judgment notwithstanding the verdict is reversed, vacated, or set aside.
