Sharpensteen, d/b/a S & S Materials Company, and his employee, Richard Laverne Timmons (defendants below), denying plaintiff any recovery in its action against defendants for damage to a bridge, allegedly caused when Timmons drove a tractor truck with a dump trailer, owned by Sharpensteen, upon the bridge and a span of the bridge collapsed.
